Could it be something other than Adrenal Cancer?

My grandma was diagnosed with Stage IV adrenocortical carcinoma (or, as she told us, Adrenal Cancer). Her pulmonologist became suspicious when my grandma began to complain of chest pain and an xray revealed 3 masses. One fairly large in her lung, one on her rib and one in her liver. A biopsy was done and the cancer confirmed by an oncologist yesterday. Now, my 81 year old grandma does not have a great memory at all. She was the only one to see the oncologist so the diagnosis came from her. Nobody went into the room with her.

Tonight, I decided to research the cancer and treatment options (if any). But, as I read about this type of cancer, it didnt sound like any other symptoms that I had been hearing about from my family or my grandma. There hasnt been any mention of the kidneys or anything near them. Could there be a similar cancer that begins in the lung, then spreads all the way into the bones?
