Adrenal Cancer

Hello all, I am from Hungerford, Berkshire in the United Kingdom. Had a kidney removed in 2003 and latest scan shows a 3.5cm lesion in my right adrenal. I hope to see a Professor (Endocrinologist) next week. Though here in the UK we often have to wait for ages under the National Health Service. Needless to say I am frightened and have been googling all night. I would love to get some positive news from others. Are there any special foods or vitamins I can take which might help. Infact any thoughts on how to keep strong much appreciated.
