Adrenal Cancer

My aunt has adrenal cancer for the last 4 years. She has had four surgeries. I feel that the doctors don't give us all the information we ask thats why I'm posting this. Maybe someone has answers or advice. Here is my aunts story. She has had a surgery to date every year for the last four years. She's had one kidney removed, adrenal glands removed, and half of her right lung removed. Her last surgery was just two weeks ago...6 months after a previous surgery. Treatment-medicine and radiation. I don't know if doctors missed tumors, but I do understand how rapid this cancer grows. Her last surgery 2 weeks ago they removed a huge tumor in her abdomen. Today she has 3 lesions they found in her abdomen that they couldn't remove for some reason, one tumor under her rib cage, and 3 tumors in her lungs. They want to do radiation for the tumor under her rib again and some kind of needle surgery (not too sure about this one-wasn't told too much about it) for the tumors in the lungs, and the 3 lesions (unsure). I know this outcome doesn't look good, but I want everyone to be honest. I'm trying to get some insite. Does it look like she can survive? I know you can't but a time on life but as a family member I want to know. So if anyone has any answers, I would appreciate it.
