would you share me discussion of this mysterious case presented to my clinic as an acute retention with a distended bladder of more than 48 hours duration , she looked well with no previous history of a major illness or urological problem her ultrasound study showed a full bladder with evidence of cystitis , no stones , no hydronephrotic changes . i advised for cathetrization , but she refused that idea . i suspected provesionally a bladder neck spasm ?????. can u please help to discuss this problem?
