Hello, reading your blog was as if you were with me the 12hrs I spent at the hospital with my dad (age 64) yesterday. He went in for what was to be an OUTPATIENT day surgery and was admitted at 10pm last night after discovering the tumor in his bladder was obstructing his kidney functions and as of writing is in surgery today having stints inserted into his kidneys to remove the fluid. He was having SEVERE bladder spasms and pain yesterday after the scope to scrape the tumor to diagnose. At this point not sure on what that is but do know that according to the dr: NOT GOOD. So thank you for your posting as it gives some hope that we can perservere! Best of luck to you also.
