Re: Bladder CancerHi,
I'm sorry for your recent diagnosis. My husband also has Bladder Cancer. He is 42yrs old and now stage T3a. While waiting for an appt. with an oncologist, he has recieved 4 weeks of IV treatments (2 per week) from a Naturalpath Dr. which seem to make him have less symptoms and more energy. BCG and two clinical trial treatments have been unsuccessful. He was diagnosed 2yrs ago. In doing research I read about Insuline Potentiated Therapy which is said to make chemo more effective without the severe side effects. It can shrink tumors with lower doses of chemo drugs. Which may be benifitial for you for palitive treatment. You may want to look into it. My husband does not want to have his bladder removed. He is going to try traditional chemo since his general health is good. We will have been married 1 yr on Sept. 1st. I hope we can stop it from progressing. I hope you receive all the care you need.
