I am 44 and have been suffering from urgency and BPH type problems for about 6 months. Doc prescribed FloMax and that really helped, but I still felt that I needed to get a deeper test to see what is going on so my doc performed the scope test.

Your situation sounds like mine 5 years ago. There was a tumor. Doctor removed it plus he took tissue samples from three other areas for biopsy. No malignancy was identified in the three tissue samples. Of the tumor removed it was papillary carcinoma, meaning finger-like and growing into the hollow of the bladder. Growing into the bladder lining would be bad news (invasive). the report did not say it was malignant. Just low grade carcinoma. For five years I had cystoscopy every 6 months. Really a pain. In the last urine test he said there were cancer cells. But nothing visible in the scope. So I am going in for biopsy next month.
Interested in your results.
