recurring bladder cancer at 28 years

I was first diagnosed with bladder cancer at 28 years of age after a 1 1/2 year battle to be taken seriously by the medical profession who refused to accept that anything was wrong with me, despite blood in my urine. I have undergone, chemotherapy BCG treatment and multiple laser treatments to the tumors over the past 5 years.

It would depend on how you get re hooked up, i.e. ileal loop draining into a bag attached to your abdomen or a neobladder where you would be able to urinate through your urethra, You should be aware if you are a male you may have difficulty with erections and you will be sterile, if you are female your uterus will be removed with the bladder, so you will no longer be able to get pregnant.
