Still shocked

My mom was diagnosed with bladder cancer in 07/07. She had the high grade fast growing tumor removed and has gone thru one round of BCG treatment succesfully. The last cystoscopy showed no signs of a tumor. Mom will start BCG again on 1/17 at The Univ of Chicago hospitals.

Hi Laurie, hope your Mom is doing well. My husband was just diagnosed with BC on Feb . 7th. Today we went into Boston to Dana Farber because our urologist wanted to start BCG before doing surgery in 3 months to remove part of his bladder. How did you Mom do on the BCG treatments?

HI I READ YOUR STORY AND IT TOUCH ME BECAUSE IM GOING THROUGH THIS RIGHT NOW. MY MOM DOCTOR TOLD HER THAT SHE HAS BLADDER CANCER. MY MOM IS NEXT TO GOD TO ME WITH GOD BEING FIRST. AND WHEN I FOUND THIS OUT I CRIED, AND I'VE BEEN READING UP ON THIS TOPIC AND SOME THINGS IS GOOD AND SOME IS BAD. SINCE THINGS HAVE GONE GOOD IN YOUR SITUATION MAYBE YOU CAN GIVE ME SOME TIPS OR MAYBE SOME THINGS TO LOOK FOR . AND I'M GLAD YOUR MOTHER IS DOING WELL I WILL PRAY FOR HER AND YOU PRAY FOR MY MOM AS WELL.
