Bladder Cancer

Hi,
I had an atypical result on my urine cytolgy. Had moderate cellular yeild with some cells with enlarged Nucleus, altered N/C ratio, and some clusters. Lab wrote "Indeterminate for malignancy." Suggested follow-up to eliminate cancer.
Had cystoscopy a month later. Nothing seen.
Doc wants to see me again for another cystoscopy in 3 months.
If this is not cancer, what could it be? Doc said it could go either way, and that further investigation is not warranted except to follow again in 3 months with urine cytology and cystoscopy
Any comments?
