What is known about the risks of a female, aged 15, using permanent hair dye, red in colour on a monthly basis? Any information would be gratefully received.

I am a male and have been using hair color since I was 35 years old and I am now 72 years old. I color my hair about every two months. It appears that hair color has not caused any problems for me, but our bodies are all different. Also, I think the decision for you to use hair color, at your age, is up to your parents.
