INVASIVE BLADDER CANCER ADVICE PLEASEHi, hoping someone can shed experiences or light, to my concerns, my 83 year old gran has had 13 months of hell basically, she was diagnosed with invasive bladder cancer 13 month ago with heavy bleeding, the tumour was removed and she decided to have 6weeks 1 day radiotherapy rather than the bladder removed, shortly after, her legs developed dvt she had clots on her lungs and hospital sent her home ,she got pseudonomas shortly after and still suffering with it today, her left leg just after radiotherapy got lymphedema in it, as well as infection, so for past 10 months she has had a doubled left leg, now her right legs copying, so two massive legs that leak, bandages,
she is going to the loo three times a night, and just been told her two nearby lymph nodes are positive, her kidneys are failing, and we was told her outlook not good for this year, has anyone been through the experiences my gran has, i know things are slim, i just want some light what to expect, as she cant have chemo as her legs are bad, also a ulcer has developed, so the dr will not give her chemo she has just been told she can have a kidney pipe in the back, thankyou
