Bladder Cancer

I have been having what the doctors thought were the symptoms for an inguinal hernia with no bulge and after the ultrasound test did not found any hernias I was told my limph nodes (same inguinal area) were large, up to 1 1/4 cm. but it was considered "benign". I don't have fever or losing weigth, however, the pain in always there, somewhere between my lower right area, crease of leg and upper thigh. I also noticed under the thigh feels very lumpy, not like the other one. Any ideas?

It doesn't sound like bladder cancer , enlargement of the inguinal lymph nodes usually is caused by an infection or inflammation in the leg or foot
