Bladder Cancer

My husband had his bladder removed in 8/08 and had a neobladder contructed successfully. He is able to urinate normally, however he has had several severe kidney infections which are due to a severe stricture in his left ureter. The stricture is located near where the ureter was attached to the new bladder. Has anyone out there had this problem? Also, I would like to talk with anyone else who has had this procedure performed. It seems to be hard to find these kind of patients. Any help would really be appreciated.
