About to undergo more permanent urethral bulking

It's been long process of trying to restore my bladder.First bladder suspension, didn't cure my incontinence. Well I can keep some urine in bladder but still quite incontinent due in part to "neurogenic bladder". (Incontinence due in part from spinal nerve injury) Next they tried bulking agents. I have had two procedures and I am about to undergo a third and more permanent procedure of bulking material. Still Collagen like the previous two, however this time he will overinject enough to close me up so I will have to do self catheterization. It is a better option for me at this point. I guess. That is my concern. Because since I have had the bladder sling and then the two times of collegen injections I have now developed a very irritated bladder. I have a few weeks to change my mind. But I just don't want to wear diapers the rest of my life. I just need feedback. Unfortantly my doctor did do cyscoscopy and Mri after both surgury and coaptite injections and says he sees nothing wrong. But why do I have "dry heaves" of the pelvis. It feels frequently like my body is trying to force my bladder though my navel. It sounds to me like I have irritable bladder syndrome. I am wondering if permanent (almost permanent)collagen injection will worsen it. Can anyone especially a urologist give me an idea?
