Bladder Control

Had botox bladder injections on June 22. It is now October 5. I still have not recovered any bladder function on my own. The literature seems to say that this complication occasionally occurs requiring use of a cathether to void (which I must do three times a dy) but that it should resolve itself within eight weeks. I show no signs of return of function. Any hope for me? Any med or procedure to get me going again? I am really upset over this unforseen complication? (I was not warned of possibility of need to use catheter even for temporary period--and this is looking more and more like not temporary.)
