If you've had the repair surgery done, what could cause you not to have an orgasm after the sling
procedure?

I had the trans-obturator sling surgery last summer and have not had any problems with orgasm. In fact, it's easier because prior to surgery I was always worried I would leak.

It appears you are asking because you are not able to orgasm now that you have had the surgery. I can't think of any reasons for this except if you are worried you might cause damage, or that it might hurt?
