Bladder Control

I'm a 45 year old female, just diagnosed medically with Nervous Bladder which I assume is OAB. My first tablets are Detrusitol and after only 3 days I had to stop them because the headache was incredibly painful and constant. I've made an appointment to get a different sort of tablet but I'm wondering if I gave them long enough. I know it takes a while for the positive effects to show up but don't know how long the negative effects last.
