Hi to all,

I have had op using graft from my lower abdomen using fascia to hold up my urethra instead of having a strip of mesh to hold it up cos have read many people have had tape n problems so i decided to use my own fasica to prevent problems later on.

I had an epidural to numb body from waist to toes ect it only took an hour n half to do i was listening to my i pod in theatre i felt them doing graft pulling n tuggin but felt sleepy when they did rest of op woke up half an our later n was done.

As i had more invasive surgery was told that i could have pca pump for morphine but wasnt given it only tramadol n paracetamol ect n drips for anti-biotics iv .

I was supposed to be going home monday but couldnt as was retaining urine 484ml so was kept in an extra night.
I am home now n recovering well but am makin appt at docs to see him friday if i can get in.
