Accidentally posted this in the wrong forum HA, hope people in this one find my post interesting! Here we go with attempt 2: SO for any of you out there who use iphones, there is this app called "iTakeControl" that is for us struggling with over active bladder symptoms. It has exercises, foods to avoid, habit tips, and the ability to log when you go to the bathroom to track patterns and organize information about leaks, frequency and medications.

Pretty nice idea i think. I'm using it but I wish more people would post in the forum for it! So if any of you use it or are interested let me know cause I'd like to start discussions in there. It's on the itunes app store so if you buy it let me know and let's start some discussions!
