Bladder Control

I had a complete hysterectomy several years ago. I also have been celibate for about eight years. I have not been celibate the last couple of years. Now when my mind thinks I have to go pee, I cannot control it. The urine will start to come out as soon as the thought enters my mind. It is usually not a large volume of urine when I do go to the bathroom. Help!
