Hi can any one give me a clue at to what might be wrong with my condition and what to do about it. I am 62 male in very good health, just completed the London Marathon, but over the last 3 years i have been suffering from spasmodic urine retention. When I say spasmodic i mean I can go for about a year with no problems then out of the blue, always between 2-3am i cannot pass urine.
