I am not a doctor but this forum doesn't seem to have a place for a layman to ask a doctor this question.
I had BPH surgery many years ago and have retrograde ejaculation during sex. Can the retrograde part be reversed? If I am 70 years young and such surgery can be performed are the chances of a successful conception possible?

I too have retrograde ejaculation at 50 years young. You should talk to your physicial about this because it was my understanding from my urologist that you could still father a child through techniques similar to invitro fertilization, except the sperm has to be taken differently than through an ejaculate. Its hard enough living like this, but it could be possible. Ask your urologists and if he says no, get a second opinion. Good luck
