Dear Kristen,
Thank you for sharing your story it was very helpful and inspiring to me. My husband was diagnosed with an Anaplastic Oligodendroglioma Grade 3 in May of 2007. This came as quite a shock as you can imagine. My husband has done very well with his treatments. He had a re-section in May of 2007 followed by 6 weeks of radiation and will be doing a one year treatment plan on Temodar which will end on July 4, 2008. He has been working full time since October 2007 . He did have a seziure which has kept him from driving since January but he has not had a problem with that since they increased the Keppra that he takes for this. I am very pleased to hear you are a 12 year survivor it is very good to hear that there is hope and a person can live their life with a brain tumor.
