uncircumcised anxietyI am an uncircumcised teen due to the fact of me going into surgery as a child, and my mother having complications with birth. And I must say that in many instances I have felt very bad because of not being circumcised it is hard being an American facing the constant criticism of being uncircumcised. In addition I am studying to be a minister and according to the laws of my church in accordance with Abraham’s covenant all men are suppose to be circumcised prior to baptism.

Re: uncircumcised anxietyI am surprised that you don't have other friends who are intact. There are many, many young men your age who are. Circumcision rates have been dropping for the last 25 years or so in the U.S. and Canada.
Check out websites on Christianity and circumcision. In the Bible circumcision is for Jews only. The first big argument between the Apostles was over circumcision and it was decided that Gentiles did not need to be circumcised to become Christians. Read Paul's letters carefully. He makes it clear that circumcision is entirely unnecessary for the Christian. Only Judaism and Islam require circumcision. However, there are some sincere Christians who don't understand this.
