Circumcision

I got circumcised about 6months ago and I haven't fully healed yet. The doctor recommended that I shouldn't have any type of sexual activity for 6weeks, but after 4weeks I started having sex because I just couldn't wait so long and also my penis seemed to be almost fully healed. I would estimate that it is about 90% healed, there is just still has minor swelling and small bruising from where my foreskin was cut. I have tried to stop having sex for 3 or 4 weeks at a time since then and it actually improved the swelling to about 95% completly healed. But as soon as it gets close to healing, me being the idiot that I am I always start having sex again and that takes the healing back down to about 90% healed. So my question is can anyone give me any advice on speeding up this healing process? Is there any food, drinks, creams or ANYTHING that would help my healing process? I would appreciate any advice on this matter. Thank You
