Circumcision

I am 39 and underwent a circumcision yesterday.I had been having recurrent attacks of balanitis over the last 5 months which my urologist was managing conservatively but advised me to have circumcision as it wasn't settling.

Anyways ended up being circumcised yesterday...the surgery went well and have to say not too much of discomfort at the moment.I have removed the bandage as instructed today.The glans looks bruised and swollen but not too painful.The one thing I have noticed though is my urinary stream is 'split' and I seem to be be peeing all over the place.I also have a yellowish discharge from the tip of my penis.Are both these problems common after circumcision or should I go back to my urologist?He has asked me to take 5 days of Augmentin
