Circumcision

I'm 22 years old and uncircumcised. My foreskin has a very narrow opening and its very difficult pulling it back when its soft and impossible to do it when I have a erection. Is it possible to get circumcised at my age, or is the some easier way of getting my foreskin losser and able to be pulled back??

This happens rarely, but can be discomforting. You may have phimosis, a constriction of the foreskin. This is frequently mis-diagnosed in boys, because the foreskin may not loosen until puberty. Masturbation, washing, and time usually are the normal solutions. In your case I would make these recommendations:

-- Use a lubrication oil or lotion and stretch the foreskin regularly. See if you can make some progress this way - and it's fun.

-- There are some balloon devices (first developed by the Chinese) that stretch the foreskin. You can find them online.

-- See a doctor who can proscribe a steroid cream (usually Betamethasone) which can loosen the foreskin in a few weeks. This has had a good success rate in the majority of cases, but it's not 100%.

-- You can always have minimal surgery (not circumcision) that will free the end of the foreskin.

-- Circumcision can be a final option, but who wants to loose all those nerves and sexual options. If a doctor recommends only circumcision as an option, I would look for someone else.
