Delayed Ejaculation

I am a male with this problem and have been unable to ejaculate in my wife during intercourse.I am on daily Cialis and with my ED still am able to be erect enough to have intercourse. Its been almost 5 years since I ejaculated inside her. She has an orgasm prior to my entry, either by my manual stimulation or by oral . For my orgasm, after we have physical entry for a while, she will rub me until I ejaculate. She is very understanding and is able to rub me till I ejaculate. We have purchased the Sinclair videos and have had sex following viewing those videos, and we do have great intercourse for a while. No doubt I would like to ejaculate inside her, but we still have good sex. I have not brought this up to my urologist I guess I should be fortunate that my wife is understanding and finishes me by hand. Any experience by others of going to a sex counselor for this problem. What happens during these sex counseling sessions.

i have the same problem along with low t. levels. Been on Cialis for more that 5 years. The ED drugs have a side effect of delayed ejaculation that most manufacturers are reluctant to tell about. Yea, we can be rock hard for hours but seldom get off. This effects almost 25% of men on these drugs. Seems to desentisize our cocks or something. Glad you have a wife that will finish you off. Mine is not as understanding. Go to a urologist that specializes in this treatment of ED and keep searching. I am.
