Delayed Ejaculation

I'm going to describe my situation exactly as it happened.

I'm 16 years old, and usually masturbate 1-2 times a day.

Yesterday, I did it once in the morning, and everything was fine. Then later on, I did it again at around 11:00 PM. Only this time, I was experiencing trouble reaching climax. Finally, I reached climax, felt an orgasm, but there was no ejaculation.

I wasn't sure what happened, but thought nothing of it.

Today, I tried again to see if anything was wrong. I was able to reach climax, but again, nothing came out. I think I felt it go into the bladder like in retrograde ejaculation.

But I'm not sure what could have caused this. I did not have any surgeries, I do not take any drugs, and I don't have any medical conditions. Everything was fine earlier yesterday, and then suddenly I'm unable to ejaculate.

I'm really worried right now and I'm not sure what to do. Please help.
