Diagnostic Tests

After 14 months of every other test available to try and diagnose "extensive white matter demylination" and other symptoms, my Neuro has suggested that a brain biopsy is in the very near future.

I am wondering if anyone here has had this done, and might give me a synopsis of what to expect...
