hearing disorder

Post a new topicby comreal77 on Sat Jan 05, 2008 3:54 pm

for the last 9 years i have been attempting to buy a pair of hearing aides that would work a majority of the time in the usual manner for conversation,tv,telephone etc. I have tried a large number of different units provided by audiologists in my former hometown and now here in north carolina-nothing has come close to working properly and a trip to an ent md indicated that there was nothing he could do for me as well--my wife is now suggesting that i try making an appointment with a neurologist --i might add that i havbe what is classified as a moderate loss-couod a neurologist help for this kind of problem? thank you
