Contact your physician to rule out any medical issues.

Your post is not clear at all. ED is a multifactorial condition and only a doctor (urologist) can determine what is causing your problem and prescribe an adequate treatment. I suggest you seek professional help and read as much as you possibly can on the subject of ED. Good luck!

Have you seen a doctor yet? If you haven't then you need to rule out any physical problems restricting circulation/blood flow. If you've had a vasectomy ED is a symptom (research it). If you've had surgery in or near your pubic region, there maybe scars inhibiting flow. You'll need to get blood work done to ensure that your hormones are within range of normalcy. You'll also need to check for any other underlying ailments that you may not be aware of i.e., diabetes. You may want to check with a cardiologist to rule out any heart problems that are starting to develope. Also, if you've been sexually active with multiple partners, you may have contracted an STD. Men can contract things like Chlamydia and gonrrhea that generally go undetected because of the way the male organ works. You must be persistent with your doctor and hopefully they'll give you the information you seek. In the end they will all include that after all the tests are done. If there is nothing they you'll need to see a psycho-therapist. This day an age stressors are a daily part of routine and can cause dysfunction.
Take care.
