Erectile Dysfunction

hi,

my boyfriend is 33 and he pretty much always has an erection.
at the right times it is great...but for the most part it effects his day to day life, he is starting to feel more and more selfconscious about going out, because he will probably get a bunch of erections
he watches tv--erection
hes eating diner--erection
were grocery shopping--erection
hes at work---erection

he is quite concerned, could there be a medical problem, i know that most men would love to be in his position, but for him it is causing some social problems

any advice is very very welcome
