Erectile Dysfunction

Hi,

I am a 39 yo male and I have had very little sexual sensation in my penis all my life. I have no problems having an erection, I just have almost no sexual sensation.

I recently got so frustrated that I swallowed my pride and went to see a urologist who sent me to see a nerologist. The neurologist had me get an MRI bit apparently they could find no physical cause for my symptoms.

I then read about the reflex test where the head of the penis is squeezed and the anus is supposed to contact to indicate the nerve function is proper. I tried it on myself and my anus did not contract. I then brought this to the atteniton of the urologist who tried it on me and I again had no contraction. He did not seem too interested in the result and I saw another doctor in his practice that was supposedly better with sexual dysfunctions, this doctor didn't help me at all, just gave me viagara which I didn't need because I have no problems with erections. I tried it anyway with no change.

Can you give me some ideas how to proceed?

help! my boyfriend didnt have contraction with this test either. and he cannot maintain an erection Nor can he get one without extreme stimulation incl oral sex.
