About 4 years ago I noticed that is was getting harder for me to have an orgasm. Getting an erection was not an issue however, but it was taking longer and longer if at all to have an orgasm. Going solo did not seem to be an issue but as time went by even that showed concern. I am now 38, happily married with 4 step-children. My wife was getting frustrated because I just did not want to have sex. My libido was gone. After much pushing by her I went to the doctor who ran some test and found that my testosterone level was 207. Saying that was way low he put me on Testim 1% and told me to give it a bit of time. After a month the libido was better (testosterone levels up to 517) but I was still not able to keep an erection, there was just no sensation after 10 minutes or so. Even with help from Viagra it was no good. After about 10 min I its like it goes numb. So we go see a Urologist He test a couple more things, everything is the way it should be and he tells me to give the Testim more time. 1 week later…I am like a teenager again. Can't get enough sex. I am wearing my wife out. But all good things must die and so did that. About a month later it was back to the way it was before if not worse. On occasion I can finish but it becomes more and more difficult. We have tried a Shrink and now a Neuro Surgeon But I am desperately looking for some other options here. Why cant I have sex?

Not sure but it does not sound like a hormonal problem.
