since i was 14 i havent had an orgasm as soon as i was able to produce semen the pleasure dissapeared i ejaculate normally {a bit quick}but no pleasure up my spine no more ive recently started testosterone treatment and wondered if ive always been low and my prostate didnt grow enough or something ?? if when you come to quickly do you still have a pleasurable orgasm?? i feel it must be medical as its to much of a coincidence that the 1st time i can produce semen the pleasure vanishes ? please help
