I am a maried male in my mid thirties in reasonably good emotional physical health. In last year, although I have no difficulty obtaining an erection or ejaculating my wife, sensation of ejaculation is "dulled" want of a better term. It is much less pleasurable, although not painful in anyway. Could be a natural response to getting older or indicative of a problem?

It is more likely due to "getting older" or some other benign cause. However, if you have not had a physical exam lately, it is always a good idea.
