follow up question to : I can't pee

Post a new topicby searching101 on Sat Sep 15, 2007 9:19 am

you noted to have a urinalysis to see if there is blood in my urine. Can they tell the difference between blood & menstrual blood?

Is it proper to just go to a urologist or should I go to a family doctor first?

I don't feel as though I need to pee, I just know what I drank & know by now I should have peed, How much time can my body handle this== Is this considered an emergency?

Thanks
Diane

If you have noticed that you are not urinating (low or no volume) that could indicate a problem with your kidneys, if this is the case seeking emergency help would be a good idea.
