can possibly happen if during sex woman on top, she comes down on penis. happened to me recently. When it happened, I heard a cracking sound it hurt a little bit. At time I didn't think to much of it kept on going. next morning I went to bathroom I had bloody urine. I went to dr y gave me some medicine. I'm still trying to figure out is, exactly happened? Did I fracture penis? I am desparate to know happened so please don't tell me to click on sidebar or ask my urologist I have already done se things. I would like a fresh opinion.

A penile fracture would usually cause extreme pain and swelling, disallowing continuation, and would not typically cause blood. While it is hard to guess what happened, perhaps you has some mild urethral trauma (doubtful), that caused the blood. The cracking sound has me baffled. What did the urologist (who had the benefit of an exam) think?
