Hematuria

I am 8 years old and for 2 years i’ve had blood in my urine.i’ve done us and taken antibotic it doesn’t seem to help.it doesn’t burn when i void.but i do have loss of appeitite.my back hurts me sometimes; not all the time. My mom doesn’t know what to ask.thus, she has no answers.could someone plz help or give any suggestions.oh,when i void its not a steady stream.
