blood and protein and "debris" anyone else?

Daughter has a condition called "thin basement membrane" found out from kidney biopsy. Thats is why she kicks blood and protein out into urine. There is no cure for this. However, she also passes "debris" in urine- a "protenaceous material" it looks like blak papper. this causes pain and vomiting. Anyone else have this or know how to stop it??
