Hematuria

Hello Everyone,
Just three days ago I noticed weak traces of blood in my urine.
As far as I know, I lead a pretty active life - work hands on x my food
restaurant & play hard x badminton,the fastest racket game ! I do not
suffer from any visible impairments. No pains. Internal bodily functions
appear to function normally. Any suggestions ?
