Hematuria

dear friends,

As a 37 year old female nurse : about one week ago i felt a kind of localized left side low back pain wich was only felt when changing my position. But it worsened when i stood for long. I had 2 times urination with unusual odor. Last night there start a constant and sometimes stabbing pain felt down in my stmach probably bladder, accompnied by stinging feeling inside the tract.I urinated blood and clots of different sizes. I almost fainted after 4-5 times of rination. After serum therapy everything got better. clotts dissapeared and high volume passed. only then i tested Urine Analysis: Turbid, protein 2+, RBC Many, Blood 2+, WBC 2-3 , sugar 2+, the rest ngative. CBC: WBC 12.2, HCt 32, HGb 11.2, plt 198
Please help and analyse the situation
