Can NOA be corrected with hormone treatment?

I was wondering if there is any chance NOA can be corrected with hormone treatment if it has gone undectected for 35 years? From what little I understand and the info I have recieved, his FSH levels are very very high and could have been all these years. Is there any chance sperm can be obtained?
