I originally posted this on the STD site and the DR. told me to try this topic site. I almost always come down with a case of BV after my husband and I have sex. I've done alot of research online and the information is split as to whether my husband could be be carrying the bacteria in his semen. I will see my obgyn this week, but am confused as to whether treating my husband is an option? My gut feeling is that this is somehow related to my husbands sperm, because when we have protected sex I don not get BV. To complicate matters we are trying to concieve, thus making this all the more frustrating.
