infertilityim been lifting weights and i've been taking supplements promoting muscle growth. anti-catabolic amino complex, anabolic adaptogen complex, insulin potentiating complex, energy complex. does this affect my already low sperm count? and how much does a sperm anlysis cost?
Re: infertilityUsually steroids especially anything that artificially raises your testosterone beyond normal levels will decrease your sperm count and cause your testicles to get smaller. I am unsure what exactly is contained in the products your describe. Don't know the cost of a semen analysis but I would imagine about a $100.00. You could call your local hospital and talk to the laboratory to find out, or a medical center that has an andrology lab.
