I ve seen a 30yr old male strong and healthy build married for the 5months unable to conceived his wife yet,his physical examination is normal only he has grade 11 varicocele on the left and grade 1 on the Rt,his semen analysis shows:
vol=6ml
pH=5.6
color=whitish
viscosity=viscous
liq time=20min
sperm count=65million/mi
motility=10% actvely motile
30% slugish
60% nonmotile
some sperms seen in clumps.some are double headed and double tail 2-4/hpf
He has normal sexual activity with good erection,normal ejeculation and good sexual desire 10-12/24hrs intercourse,he has no anyother medical or surgical problem,he is not a smoker.
His harmonal levels i,e FSH,LH,PROLACTINE AND TESTOSTERONE level are with in normal range.
His wife is 35yrs old and she has normal sexual life with regular monthly cycle.
