I have had the varicocle repair and await the 2nd SA since surgery. The first one didn't show any improvement at all so far. I have had the TRUS done and it showed everything in the VAS region to be ok. Is there another ultrasound that can be done maybe from the front side that might show a blockage somewhere, that the TRUS didn't. I'm trying to rule out all possibilities of a blockage, before I spend the $$ on IVF/ICSI. My counts have never broke 1.0 million. And have you heard of any good results from Proxeed? thanks,,,,,john
