Infertility

I was told 1o years ago that i was sterile , i was in a auto accident and i was told by my lawer to have this test done, i did, i was told i was sterile because of the nerve damage done to my back, i had to have 2 disc removed and then all of it fused together. since that date, i can eject but can not feel when i do. over time is it possible for this to change, or is there a chace this has changed. any help is welcome.
